The client used a mail provider with limited space that presented administration and service continuity and security problems due to the outdated version of Zimbra.
“The mail tool is very important for Cibic. Zimbra was too complex and required greater knowledge and technical details for very basic things.”
A migration was carried out with dual delivery, Microsoft 365, (Plan 1 and Kiosk). After the migration was completed, training was provided on the use and administration of the Office 365 portal.
Now the client has an online mail platform that does not require administration of the operating system or hardware, with automatic security updates and protection against malware and viruses.
Through the Exchange Online platform, the client has access to statistics and information on mail usage by users, security recommendations, improvements, potentially dangerous users (with a greater number of attacks), and complete administration of the mail server through a graphical interface.
